Just a quick additional note: If you want to create a new translation, you should use the latest version 3.0 RC1, as it has lots of changes compared to version 2.7.5.

You just need to open Plugins->Translation tool and follow the explanation.
(If the Tanslation tool is not shown you need to activate the I18N plugin in the Plugins settings.)

Could you give mi some hints how to get start with?
For instance:
Where are located language files in program directory ?

Witch software J need to use to create one ?
