TV-Browser as all Java programs runs with the installed Java, if it is 64 bit then TV-Browser will run with 64 bit, if the Java is 32 bit, TV-Browser will also run with 32 bit. So the light package works on both.

Thanks ds10.

Just curious... Is the 4.2 Lite version 64bit? I'm assuming if it's 32bit I won't need to install a different Java version?

Cheers,
Keith

Uninstall 4.0.1 first and when you are asked if you want to delete the settings just select no and your settings are kept. Then you can install the 4.2 full package or download the lite package (if you need to use the SchedulesDirect data) and install a Java 11 (not Java 13) from here: https://adoptopenjdk.net

Hi,

What's the best way to update?

1/. Install on top of 32 bit installation

or

2/. Uninstall 4.0.1 and do a fresh install with 4.2.

If I were to perform the second option would uninstalling leave my data intact?

(I've downloaded OpenJDK13U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_13_33.msi for 64 bit installation, just in case I need it).

Cheers,
Keith
