loosing channels

dear all
i have lost 2 channels (3SAT and ARTE) without any cognizable cause. They are still not available anymore. Not in the Channellist, not anywhere.
Does someone of you have an idea?

i use the neweset version of tv-browser

do you use any kind of firewall?
if yes: do the channels appear, if you disable it and then update the channel-list?

the Problem is NOT the update for the channels. The problem is, that the channels are missing and no more available.
