Ok, since I'm new to this how do I change the text format of the channels to English *So that I can read the show description of each show*. And, number two how do I exactly watch these shows?

TV-Browser is an Electronic Program Guide, you can't watch TV with it. And English description is only at English channels, such as BBC.
