Schedules Direct plugin error

When configuring my SD account, I try adding Great Britain in the TVB SD plugin, I get the following error message:
SearchResp:JSONObject["transport"] not a string.
I'm using portable TVB version 4.0.1 on Windows 8.1.
I've already searched these forums and can find no reference to this error.
