Missing tranlation tool

Is there no translation tool in the 3.0Beta1?

the translation is included. The name of this file is i18nplugin.jar in plugins folder.

Which installation do you have? Transportable for example?
Which OS do you have?

Thanks! I've fount it. It was deactivated.

I have WinXP. I have TVB 3.0Beta1 on the computer and transportable 30alpha2 on stick.

That's one of the plugins which is no longer activated by default (because an "average" user will not use that plugin at all).
