Newbie Question

I have just installed version 2.7.3beta and am having difficulties persuading the app to export multiple programmmes to an iCal file - no problem with a single record.

The help system says to right-click on the appropriate programme and select 'copy to clipboard' - this works fine - then to select clipboard from the plig-ins menu. This is the problem ... there does not appear to be a clipboard entry on that menu, even though the Preferences settings show the plugin to be installed and configured.

So tell me .. how can I export multiple pregrammes to iCal?

I don't know the calendar plugin, but it seems to me that the english wiki entry is outdated. It is now the marker plugin that's doing what formerly the clipboard plugin did.

Thanks. That seems to work.

Presumably this means that the Clipboard function is now superfluous? If so should it not be removed from the menu, or does it have any other value (given that there doesn't appear to be any way to access it)?

The clipboard function simply copies the data directly into the system clipboard. So it can be very useful for other purposes.
