TV-Data information

Hello all ,
The TV-Data information can be used outside the TV-Browser application or not ? How can I connect to a RTL programm information website and fetch the informations for the program without TV-Browser ?

The data cannot be used outside TV-Browser. We are not allowed to do that.

Let's assume i have permission from a couple of TV stations to use their "press section" data for my product. Can i then get and use the harmonized data out
of the TV Browser?

No. If you have the permission to use their press section, use their press section. You do not have the permission to use the data provided with and for TV-Browser, which you have explicitly accepted when you used TV-Browser the first time.
Don't try to play games with us, this is something which we take very seriously.
