The Swedish channel SVT HD have changed name to SVT1 HD. This have caused that SVT HD not lists any Program info. SVT1 HD couldn't be found in the TV Channel list.
Canal+ Comedy have changed name to Canal+ SERIES, so we don't get any program list for that channel either.

The are som more channels for Sweden that couldn't be found or not adapted for Sweden: Canal+ Sport 3, Canal+ SF-Kanalen, BBC Entertainment (SE), BBC Knowledge (SE), BBC Lifestyle (SE), BBC HD (SE), Animal Planet HD, National Geographic HD. National Geographic Wild HD, Silver, Silver HD, Showtime, Eurosport HD

The data for swedish channels comes completely from http://tv.swedb.se/ and its operatör could also need some help.
Since SVT 1 HD has the same schedule as SVT 1 there is no need to list it. Even SVT itself doesn't have a separate schedule for the channel.
