Hi Jo,
BBC Backstage may be a remnant in the Plugins file because it's not in my Plugins list in the TV-Browser. Would it do any harm to delete it from the Plugins file?

Deleting the File without running TV-Browser remove it.
When you have done it, please report us, if the problems have been fixed or not.

Then you can post the complete logfile, so we have a chance to see, what is wrong.
